The Wilson Baseball Experience was conceived to be an immersive environment that showcased all Wilson baseball brands during the annual College World Series in Omaha. The challenge was to feature the five brands (with two competing bat companies) as a family without homogenizing them in the modest sized store space. In addition to early access and limited edition product offerings, and the full-size batting cage with a Hit-Trax system, the true ‘experience’ that the store offered was the experts on hand giving in-depth and personalized service – just like the pros get.

The store was located adjacent to the TD Ameritrade Stadium in the Omaha Baseball Village. To stand out in the crowd of vendors – and also give the brands a year-long presence – we worked with artists to create murals on the stadium-facing wall of the building. The 2019 version seen here was done by Chicago-based artist Lauren Asta. Omaha has cultivated a vivid mural scene in its revitalized LoDo area and we fit right in.
